Welcome to Mofin. This Privacy Policy explains how Al Raed ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Mofin mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to ensuring that your personal and financial data is protected and strictly controlled by you.

To provide you with a seamless experience in tracking debits, credits, and daily expenses, Mofin interacts with the following types of data:

Financial & Ledger Data: Information you enter into the App, including folder names, transaction amounts, target dates, and expense logs.

Media and Files: Images, receipts, or documents you upload and attach to specific ledger folders.

Authentication & Security Data: Mofin offers App Lock features utilizing PIN codes and Biometric (fingerprint/face recognition) data.

Purchase Data: Mofin offers in-app purchases (such as Folder Packs). These transactions are securely processed by Google Play Billing.

Local Storage: By default, your ledger entries, financial calculations, and attached files are stored locally on your device.

Device Security: Any Biometric data used to lock or unlock the App is processed entirely by your device's native operating system. Mofin does not collect, transmit, or store your fingerprints or facial recognition data on external servers.

Data Backup: The App provides an "Export Data Backup" and "Import Data Restore" feature. When you choose to export your data, the backup file is generated locally. It is your responsibility to safely store this backup file.

Mofin utilizes specific third-party services to ensure the app functions properly:

Google Play Services & Billing: Used to facilitate app downloads, updates, and securely process in-app purchases (e.g., upgrading folder limits). We do not have access to your raw credit card information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or financial data to third parties. Your data is strictly yours.

Mofin is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our features or legal obligations. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
