Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the MoFin mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Al Raed ("we," "us," or "our").

MoFin is a personal finance management tool designed to help users track debits, credits, daily expenses, and estimate payoff dates.

Not a Financial Advisor: MoFin is exclusively a tracking and organizational tool. We are not a bank, financial institution, or financial advisor. The calculations, estimates, and reports provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial advice.

Device Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and your App data.

App Locks: MoFin provides security features, including PIN codes and Biometric authentication locks. Al Raed is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your financial data if your device is compromised, lost, or shared with others.

Local Storage: MoFin operates primarily by storing your financial ledgers, entries, and attached files (such as receipts) locally on your device.

Backups: You are entirely responsible for utilizing the App's "Export Data Backup" feature to secure your data. Al Raed does not store your data on remote servers and cannot recover lost data if you lose your device, uninstall the App without backing up, or experience hardware failure.

Purchases: MoFin offers in-app purchases, such as premium "Folder Packs" to expand your ledger limits.

Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Google Play Store. Al Raed does not issue direct refunds for in-app purchases unless required by applicable law.

The App allows you to upload and attach images, files, and documents to your ledger folders. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party. Because this data is stored locally, we do not monitor your attachments, but we hold no liability for the content you choose to store within the App.

All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the App (including the MoFin logo and brand aesthetics) are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights owned by Al Raed. You may not copy, redistribute, use, or publish any part of the App without our express written permission.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Al Raed makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information and calculations it generates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Raed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
